The Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program was first developed by Dr Jon Kabat-Zinn in 1979 at the University of Massachusetts Medical Centre to alleviate a wide range of health problems.

MBSR curriculum includes:

  • Stress and Mindfulness
  • Approaching negative thoughts patterns
  • Working with difficult emotions
  • Day of Mindfulness – use silence as a path for ‘settling’ in oneself

  • Making mindfulness a part of your daily life
